主要職責
- Greet customers with a warm, courteous, and professional manner upon boutique entry
- Create a positive first impression and enhance overall customer experience
- Identify customers’ initial needs and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant or service area
- Be aware of all upcoming client appointments and welcome them accordingly
- Assist in managing customer flow during peak hours to ensure smooth boutique operations
- Decent for the archive area and provide information about the exhibits, products, promotions, and store services when required
- Support the boutique operation tasks when needed
職位要求
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or luxury service industry is an advantage
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer‑oriented with a positive, energetic and proactive attitude
- Well‑groomed and professional appearance
- Presentable, patient and team‑oriented with service mindset
- Basic proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
