To drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across multiple store locations by leading high-performing teams, optimizing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional brand experiences. This role requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking to oversee daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, compliance, and people development. Through data-driven decision-making and a focus on customer-centric approach, you will maximize profitability, elevate brand loyalty, and develop your team in alignment with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Management

  • Optimize business performance in line with company strategy by continuously tracking KPIs, establishing and implementing specific action plans
  • Drive and exceed store sales targets and KPIs through data-driven methodologies and innovative approaches.
  • Understand market trends and competitors in order to identify business opportunities or initiatives with the aim of improving sales and promoting new products
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product categories and collections, leveraging insights to craft effective sales strategies in line with company direction. 

 

People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve and surpass company goals.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment and ongoing reinforcement of a shared vision. Fostering a strong sense of belonging and engagement among team members.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to staff, supporting their professional growth and skills development.
  • Command respect as a trusted leader, setting an example through professionalism and dedication.

 

Client Experience

  • Lead the team to deliver an exceptional client shopping experience by upholding the highest service standards.
  • Foster a warm and engaging clienteling culture, creating memorable moments and celebrating special occasions with clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with top and repeat clients while coaching the team on effective clienteling strategies.

 

Operational Excellence 

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, guidelines, and audit requirements.
  • Provides effective feedback to buying team to ensure stock replenishment is on time. Monitor stock movement within and recommend appropriate action.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure standards are adhered to in all stores and window displays.
  • Guide the implementation of continuous training for store management and staffs in operating procedures to ensure the efficient operations.
  • Implement effective loss prevention measures and promptly escalate concerns to management when necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in a retail leadership role.
  • Excellent business acumen, results oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving. Ability to develop, motivate and lead a team to achieve key commercial and customer service targets.
  • Highly sensitive to numbers, excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passionate in jewellery industry, with in-depth knowledge of jewellery products and market trends.
  • Proficient in computer skills, report processing, and MS Office software.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
