Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of various retail outlets through regular store visits, ensuring strict consistency in process and procedures, complying with company’s policies and protocol, and improving stores' sales performance
  • Ensure store teams maintain effective merchandising and visual standards
  • Analyze and identify market trends for growth
  • Preparation of reports to submit to management and relevant stakeholders
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of store management teams and staff reports
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork and collaboration among store teams
  • Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals and KPIs
  • Communicate timely feedback of market information, operations and sales issues to the management
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma and above
  • Multiple stores management experience preferably in retail jewelry industry / luxury brands
  • Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual to cater to different groups of clientele
  • Able to commit to retail hours
