Assistant Manager, FP&A

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager with the overall cash flow projections during budget and monthly rolling forecast submissions, working closely with supply chain finance and treasury teams
• Support the financial performance variance analysis against prior year and budget / forecast
• Support weekly sales performance and analytics report for International Segment
• Support the FP&A calendar management
• Maintain the store count master data
• Ad hoc streamline projects or analytics led by FP&A as needed 

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient with managing large data set to produce a report with insights
• Strong communication skills, a team player
• At least 5 years of working experience in FP&A capacity and in retail
• Recognized accounting designation, or a management trainee of a prominent retail company
