Assistant Manager, Group Loyalty Analysis and Member Retention

About the Job

This role is responsible for analyzing member profile and behavior across regions and to produce in-depth data insights for targeted marketing initiatives design, new product development that enhance member acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategy Development (all markets)

  • Support senior management in conducting comprehensive member behavior analysis to identify market opportunities and optimize member engagement strategies.
  • Perform member segmentation analysis to understand member behavior patterns and preferences across different markets.
  • Analyze member lifecycle stages to develop targeted campaign strategies, providing actionable recommendations for acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Conduct channel effectiveness analysis to optimize member touchpoints and experience.
  • Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders including channels, sub-brands, IT department in building standard CRM/Loyalty BI Dashboards for regular tracking.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to facilitate management decision-making as well as loyalty program enhancements

Campaign Planning & Execution Support (all markets)

  • Work with markets and business units to develop campaign strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Provide data support in selecting target segments, designing offer mechanics, and choosing appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide real-time insights to optimize results

Performance Measurement & Optimization (all markets)

  • Support the development and tracking of department KPIs
  • Assist in implementing testing methodologies to optimize campaign elements
  • Help establish continuous improvement processes based on data insights and campaign result
  • Provide analytical support for budget allocation and ROI optimization

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing or equivalent fields.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Must have hands-on experience in data extraction, processing, and modeling.
  • At least 8 years working experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or loyalty marketing, developing & implementing member acquisition, customer growth and retention program.
  • Solid proven experience in working with IT team in customer database management and standard CRM Dashboards development. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Business travel to Mainland China or other markets may be necessary.
