Assistant Manager, HRIS

Key Responsibilities
- Work together with external vendors / consultants & IT team to foster the digitization and streamlining of HR processes and procedures.
- Add value to HRIS UX by driving greater efficiency while providing convenience and ease of use for employees.
- Communicate and collaborate with the HR teams and other stakeholders to map, re-platform, orchestrate and bridge the existing business rules and workflows of employee journey to aspirating scenarios with the best UX.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide user requirements to external vendors / consultants & IT team for system enhancement.
- Assist in the deployment of UAT planning, preparation, execution and documentation of test results, and drafting related policies.
- Ensure the best HRIS system utilization by providing training and conducting regular internal customer survey and focus group for end-users; Provide user support and troubleshooting when needed.
- Deliver up-to-date, high quality and accurate HR data to the business by organizing, auditing and cleansing HR data.
- Ensure the integrity of data by establishing HR data policy and audits.
- Advocate carbon neutrality by establishing a road map with solid milestones to develop a paperless employee journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- The incumbent can be an experienced HR professional with solid project management skills and HR process re-engineering; or an IT technical professional with thorough understanding of HR workflows, approval processes and standards.
- Extensive experience with system and process analysis, improvement, design and deployment; solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Meticulous to details and good ability to handle and evaluate numerical data.
- Able to think big and work hands-on at the same time, with acute business acumen and an unafraid attitude to advance and challenge technical constraints.
- Good at solving complex and legacy issues systematically with a positive, patient, understanding and co-operating attitude and manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
- Less experienced will be considered as HRIS Specialist.
