Assistant Manager, Retail Experience

About the Job

As a Retail Touch Points Project Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to retail touch points. Retail touch points refer to the various channels and interactions through which customers engage with a retail brand. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects that enhance the customer experience across these touch points.
 

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development of project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, operations, IT, and customer service, to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
•    Project Execution: Support the implementation of projects related to retail touch points, such as the launch of new online features, the development of mobile applications, the integration of customer service systems, or the enhancement of in-store experiences. Assist in managing project tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
•    Data Analysis and Insights: Collect and analyze data related to the performance of retail touch points, such as customer feedback, sales data, and user behavior metrics
•    Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. Assist in conducting user acceptance testing, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across touch points.
•    Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation of project decisions and actions. Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project management, or a related field. 
•    Proven experience (4 Years) in project management or project coordination roles, preferably in the retail industry or with a focus on customer experience.
•    Familiarity with retail touch points, customer journey mapping, and customer experience best practices.
•    Knowledge of retail operations, marketing concepts, and digital technologies is desirable.
•    Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
•    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•    Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
