About the Job
This role will focus on enhancing employee skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning talent development strategies with organizational goals using a variety of delivery methods (in-person, digital platforms, gamification apps, one to one / many, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored for aspiring Store Managers, focusing on leadership, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops using innovative teaching methods to engage participants.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and managers to foster professional growth and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree holder from any disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail industry, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance.
- Energetic, positive, and adaptable, with a passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to structure and deliver full training cycle including: in person activities, zoom trainings, e-learnings, other digital tools.
- Jewelry knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
