Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy Development: Create and execute visually compelling merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and seasonal promotions.

Creative outputs: Design customized seasonal 2D and 3D assets while adhering to brand guidelines for retail settings

Product Presentation: Design and maintain eye-catching displays that showcase jewellery collections, ensuring all products are well-presented and accessible.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure cohesive branding.

Training: Train and support sales staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques to ensure consistent execution.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform visual merchandising decisions.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the impact of visual merchandising initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Merchandising or other related disciplines.

Minimum 6-8 years of solid experience in visual merchandising, experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watches industry preferred.

Proficiency in 3D design software and tools is a must.

Eye for detail and sharp attention to delivering high quality and error-free deliverables.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiatives.

Creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedule.

Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Willing to work flexibly based on the changing priorities.

Great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact and build rapport with stakeholders across functions.

Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Software proficiency is preferred, for example: Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering
