About the Job
We are seeking a high-calibre Assistant Manager to drive data-driven decision making and digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, applying advanced analytics technologies such as machine learning and AI to deliver impactful analytics solutions across retail, CRM, and operational domains.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Strategy Development (Global markets)
- CRM analytics – Build and optimize CRM analytics frameworks: customer segmentation, lifetime value prediction, churn prevention, and omnichannel campaign optimization.
- Precision marketing and personalized customer engagement – Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered product selection systems that deliver highly personalized jewellery suggestions, significantly enhancing customer experience by making every interaction more relevant, engaging, and delightful.
- Promotion impact analysis – measure campaign ROI, sales uplift, A/B testing, cannibalization effects, incremental revenue, and long-term customer behavior changes to continuously optimize promotional strategies.
- Product and inventory analytics – Conduct deep-dive product analytics to uncover insights on jewellery trends, assortment performance, pricing, and cross-selling opportunities.
Use of Digital Transformation in Analytics
- Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with the latest AI tools, generative AI, and advanced causal inference techniques relevant to retail and luxury jewellery.
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve speed and accuracy.
- Identify data issues and area of improvement to enrich customer data and ensure quality.
- Standardize analytics for consistency and scalability.
Data Analytics Business Partner Representative
- Work closely with merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and loyalty teams to implement data-driven initiatives.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Support end-to-end analytics initiatives, including data extraction, analysis, modelling, and insight generation.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support management decision-making.
- Project Management and collaborate with technical team and vendors during the development activities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in working with large datasets, preferably in luxury retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.

Proficiency in Python (including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) AND strong working knowledge of either SAS or SQL.

SAS / SQL or relevant professional certificates is a strong plus.

Experience with AI and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Copilot, Claude etc.), big data tools (Spark, Databricks) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.

Strong analytical thinking with good business acumen.
