Associate, Commercial Strategy (Sales Data Focus)

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Commercial Strategy team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the team to define goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data and insights to make recommendations and support decision-making processes.
• Drive, deliver and monitor sales forecasting & budgeting. Formulate sales targets & incentive programs for frontline staff.
• Collaborate, liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for sales and promotional activities to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and effective execution of initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Sales Management, Statistics or related. discipline with sales management / sales analytical experience in jewellery, luxury or retail products preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Mature with drive, meticulous, strong sense to figures, good analytical mind & business acumen.
• Good team player as well as strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred
