About the Job
This role is to support the day-to-day management of our HKTVmall store. This role will be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, handling customer inquiries, coordinating closely with the account manager, and supporting data and product analysis to drive better sales and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HKTVmall store operations, including product listing uploads, updates, and removals.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and follow up on operational issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the account manager to coordinate promotions, campaigns, and platform-related activities.
- Analyze sales performance, product performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support product analysis and reporting to help optimize product assortment and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer service, or related operations is preferred.
- Experience with HKTVmall or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications; strong numerical and data handling skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
