Reporting to General Manager - International, the Associate Director - Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, market penetration, and business performance across international markets. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of both retail and wholesale environments, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with international business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Champion and uphold brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and platforms, strengthening brand equity in the region.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and performance analysis of in-markets marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks, informing strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
- Manage the international marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and support high-priority initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, inform future strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of all-round marketing experience with demonstrated success in a regional role, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, content marketing and online campaigns.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing brand marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin).
