Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop new corporate clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, with a focus on strategic gifting needs.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market coverage and unlock new B2B opportunities.
  • Lead product proposal development, supplier coordination, quotation, and order follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and service excellence.
  • Support execution of Group-level gifting projects and strategic campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to optimize offerings and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or client management, preferably in luxury or gifting sectors.
  • Strong corporate client network, with proven experience in Hong Kong and Macau markets.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong proposal and negotiation capabilities.
  • High sense of ownership and execution, able to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
