The CRM Manager will lead and drive CRM strategies for international markets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global vision and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail and the ability to analyse member profiles and behaviours across regions to generate actionable insights for targeted marketing initiatives that enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall business growth. |
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Develop and implement CRM strategies that support business goals, driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across international markets.
- CRM Management: Oversee CRM systems and VIP database to ensure data integrity, segmentation, and personalization. Prepare performance reports and dashboards to facilitate management decision-making and loyalty program enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze member lifecycle stages and behaviors to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns, for acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Conduct channel effectiveness analysis to optimize touchpoints and experience across different markets.
- Campaign Coordination: Design and execute targeted campaigns, including lifecycle programs, loyalty initiatives, clienteling, and promotions. Provide recommendations in target segments, mechanics, and appropriate channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences and timely campaign delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and support data-driven decisions; share best practices to continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Provide analytical support for budget allocation and ROI optimization; manage CRM budget to maximize results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM or loyalty marketing, including member acquisition, clienteling, customer growth and retention programs.
- Proficiency in Power BI, data analysis tools, and visualization software; hands-on experience in data extraction, processing, and modeling.
- Proven experience in database management and CRM dashboard development, and regional rollout of loyalty programs across diverse markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Experience in luxury retail with regional exposure is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is required.
