Key Highlights
- Assist in the execution and optimisation of digital transformation projects across various channels.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of our marketing technology stack, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, website and digital sales tools.
- Contribute to the creation and editing of engaging content for digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Support the team in conducting A/B testing and data analysis to optimise marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's students in Years 1 to 3, majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, customer experience, and marketing technology.
- Fast learner in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
