Executive, Corporate Communications

About the Job

This role sits within the Corporate Communications team under the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Department. The position supports the Corporate Communications Director and Managers in managing group-level communications for Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, covering the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and International markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop internal and external communication materials, including media notes, Q&A documents, and online articles.
• Support the planning and execution of Corporate Communications programmes and events, such as interviews, media trips, and other initiatives.
• Monitor media coverages across print, online, and broadcast, and compile news gist on a daily basis.
• Track corporate events and departmental initiatives, maintaining and updating the moments calendar.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing industry associations logistics and budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist with ad hoc tasks if needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications or a related discipline.
• A good team player with proactive & positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-minded.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua), with good bilingual translation capabilities.
