About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of internal management reports and analysis
- Support external reporting data preparation and validation of annual/interim report and quarter result announcement
- Support the tracking and monitoring of spending and investment-related items
- Support the tracking and monitoring of balance sheet items, working capital and indirect method for cash flow forecasting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to gather information and support reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation ad hoc financial reports and analyses
- Support departmental administrative duties
- Travel to PRC occasionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting
- Qualified Accountant or HKICPA QP Graduate is preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediately available candidates are an advantage
