About the Job

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of internal management reports and analysis
Support external reporting data preparation and validation of annual/interim report and quarter result announcement
Support the tracking and monitoring of spending and investment-related items
Support the tracking and monitoring of balance sheet items, working capital and indirect method for cash flow forecasting
Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to gather information and support reporting requirements
Assist in the preparation ad hoc financial reports and analyses
Support departmental administrative duties
Travel to PRC occasionally

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting
Qualified Accountant or HKICPA QP Graduate is preferred
Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Immediately available candidates are an advantage
