Flagship Store Manager

About the Job

The Flagship Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of our flagship store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining the brand’s luxury standards. The role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen, a passion for fine jewellery, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships in an exclusive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends and KPIs to identify opportunities. Implement strategies to optimize store performance.
  • Champion our company values and standards while fostering a high-performing, motivated team through recognition, coaching, and a positive work environment.
  • Proactively coach and develop the store team by spending time on shop floor, addressing performance gaps with constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the team to deliver a personalized, luxury shopping experience to our clients following our service ceremony
  • Build relationship with customers and socializing with them during events and regular store visits. Support/coach the team on clienteling.
  • Handle escalated client concerns with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, security, and compliance.
  • Provides effective feedback to allocation team to ensure stock replenishment is on time. Monitor stock movement and recommend appropriate action.
  • Ensure stock counts are organized and well planned to minimize stock loss.
  • Take regular measure to ensure store maintenance in order to upkeep brand image.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of store leadership role, preferably from luxury retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
  • Positive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Passionate in jewellery industry, preferably with in-depth knowledge of jewellery products and market trends.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Good command of spoken Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
