Front Desk and Office Administrator

About the Job

This position provides reception, administrative, and operational support across the offices and workshop. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a high standard of service and workspace organization. This role also includes event-related duties such as RSVP support and on-site reception during events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full spectrum of reception duties and office administration support across the office, salon, and workshop.
  • Conduct housekeeping, preventive, and regular checks for office and salon facilities and equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor inventory levels, and place orders for office and salon supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with client RSVPs, and provide on-site reception and back-of-house support for company events.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders independently to ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Assist with departmental travel and expense (T&E) arrangements.
  • Provide support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work effectively across different work environments (office and workshop).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Immediately available preferred.
