Leasing Clerk

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process tenancy agreements, renewals, and related leasing documents
- Maintain accurate leasing records, databases, and tenant files (physical and digital)
- Assist in preparing leasing reports, including rent rolls, lease expiry lists, and vacancy schedules
- Record rental payments, deposits, and other charges; issue receipts and support account reconciliation
- Collect and verify tenant application documents for credit and background checks
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for management review
- Provide general administrative support to the leasing / finance team
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Property Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in leasing administration
- Experience in retail leasing or handling multi store portfolios is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese; Cantonese required
- Detail oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
