Leasing Clerk

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing tenancy agreements, renewals, and related leasing documents
- Maintain accurate leasing records and databases
- Handle rental and utility payment administration for retail stores
- Receive, review, and verify debit notes from landlords to ensure accuracy against tenancy terms
- Communicate directly with landlords regarding rental-related matters such as to follow up on missing debit notes, clarify discrepancies, and confirm rent concessions or refunds
- Submit verified documents to Finance department and provide item-by-item explanations where breakdowns are unclear
- Coordinate with Hong Kong & Macau Finance team to track cheque issuance and ensure payments meet critical deadlines
- Arrange urgent cheque collection from Head Office and deliver payments directly to landlords when required
- Prepare, verify, and distribute cheques to branches, landlords, or banks within tight timelines
- Perform runner / courier duties including cheque delivery, posting, and bank-in
- Maintain accurate master records for debit notes, payments, finance order numbers, cheque details, and handover dates
- Handle invoices data input into internal systems
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to department as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Property Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in handling payments, invoices, or rental administration is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese; Cantonese required
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
- Willingness to perform outdoor duties
- Reliable, well-organised, and able to complete verification work within tight timelines
