Leasing Manager

About the Job

This role supports the GM on group-level landlord partnership initiatives while working closely with the HKM Market Head on daily market operations. It serves as a key link to ensure group priorities are translated into effective on-the-ground coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

Group-Level Coordination

  • Support the GM in managing key landlord accounts in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Coordinate with market teams on key projects and strategic mall opportunities
  • Embed group-level initiatives, events, and engagement activities with the HKM market team
  • Provide regular market updates, project status reports, and leasing data for group-level planning

Market-Level Coordination

  • Oversee daily landlord and partner coordination, including lease renewals, documentation, and record maintenance
  • Prepare and review tenancy agreements, lease summaries, rent rolls, lease expiry lists, and vacancy schedules
  • Coordinate rental payment tracking, deposit records, and account reconciliation with the finance team
  • Collect and verify tenant application documents for credit and background checks
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and leasing activities; prepare presentation materials and reports for management review

Tools & Information Management

  • Support the adoption of group-level partnership management tools and methodologies
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leasing activities, and market information
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in leasing administration
  • Experience in retail leasing or managing multi-store portfolios is highly preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
  • Solid understanding of leasing documentation, tenancy agreements, and related administrative processes
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both central and market stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; comfortable with databases and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Good command of English and Chinese; Cantonese required
