Manager, Corporate Sales

Requirements
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to grow B2B, corporate gifting, and institutional sales
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and key accounts
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, proposal preparation, pricing negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations) to deliver customized solutions for corporate clients
- Plan and support corporate sales initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and client engagement activities
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for management and clients
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends, and provide regular reporting to management
- Represent the brand professionally in client meetings, events, and business networking opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, key account management, or B2B business development
- Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, premium consumer goods, or gifting solutions is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Good command of Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
