About the Job
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project delivery, maintaining high-performing web platforms, and managing our email communication systems. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and content teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Content Operations
• Manage & execute regular updates and maintenance of website content across all digital properties
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices in published content
• Troubleshoot and resolve site performance issues, bugs, and user experience concerns
Project Management
• Lead and manage digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on deliverables
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and reporting dashboards
Email System Management
• Administer and optimize the company’s email marketing and communication platforms (Adobe Journey Optimiser)
• Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and campaign performance metrics (HK & NA)
• Collaborate with marketing teams to schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns
Troubleshooting & Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for digital platform issues and escalate when necessary
• Implement QA processes to ensure digital assets function as intended across devices and browsers
• Analyze and report on system performance, recommending improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, IT, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital operations, web management, or project coordination
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboard.)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Basic graphic design or UX/UI understanding (Melvina)/ Strong in graphic design & UX/UI
