Manager, Group Loyalty Partnership

About the Job

This role is responsible for developing & managing strategic partnerships for Global CTF Club to enrich the loyalty program CTF Points Scheme & Tier privilege reward portfolio across regions respectively. He/she is also responsible for identifying potential opportunities in joint marketing programs w/ partners to acquire new customers as well as driving traffic to the store for purchase.

 

Key Responsibilities

(i) Global Loyalty Partnership Development & Management

  • Develop & execute a comprehensive Global Loyalty partnership strategy to enrich the loyalty program reward portfolio (Point reward & Tier privileges) that drive mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Identify & engage prospective (Global / APAC / Greater China region) partners & sponsors to establish strategic relationships including agreement negotiations, and partnership detail implementation
  • Serve as Loyalty Partners’ primary point of contact for CTF Club, ensuring exceptional relationship management
  • Coordinate w/ internal stakeholders (departments) on partner activations logistics (operations, system enhancement, frontline briefing, etc.) to deliver a seamless execution & fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Responsible for Loyalty partners’ performance review & evaluation, which includes analyzing key metrics & providing regular reports to internal stakeholders (departments) & partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities & market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Support Global Loyalty program developments in the partnership aspect

 

(ii) Marketing Partnership Campaign Development & Execution

  • Identify & execute Member partnership opportunities to drive new member acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (departments) across regions to drive the implementation of joint marketing campaigns or events online & offline

a. Consolidate communications materials request, for eDM/SMS blasting

b. Prepare visual and copy for member joint marketing communications

c. Target member list extraction & preparation for campaign or event targeting, including managing customer invitation end-to-end process

d. Align & coordinate w/the Sales Department on offer mechanics, preparing and conducting Store Frontline briefing/training

e. Work with the Group Procurement Department on procuring any GWP for member activations campaign

f. Work with the IT department on necessary system enhancements and conduct system testing

g. Prepare campaign briefing notes & conduct frontline training

h. Conduct post-member campaign analysis for management presentation

 

(iii) Member Global Privilege Development via Partnership

  • Identify & engage with partners to develop & manage exclusive privileges for specific member tiers. This also includes in collaboration with different BUs (High Jewellery team) and sub-brands
  • Collaborate with internal Loyalty pillars to deliver member partner privileges across regions

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Marketing / Business or equivalent fields
  • At least 5-8 years of working experience in business development, partnership negotiations & management in retail brands or loyalty programs
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, logical mindset with analytic skills is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office with hands-on experience in CRM data analysis, reporting applications & customer segmentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese & Mandarin
