Manager, Group Visual Presentation

About the Job

We're seeking a talented and experienced retail Presentation Manager to support the development and production of visual merchandising (VM) tools, fixtures, and in‑store display materials. The role works closely with design teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of VM solutions across our store network.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of prototypes, samples for new VM tools, and fixtures.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production documents.
• Work closely with production houses, fabricators, and suppliers to follow up on sampling, quality, and timelines.
• Assist in managing multiple production projects and ensure on-time delivery for store rollouts and campaigns.
• Conduct quality checks for prototypes and final production items.
• Provide 3D visualizations and design files using SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other 3D rendering tools.
• Research materials and production methods to ensure quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in VM or retail fixtures production or similar roles.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, supplier network, and hands-on prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with vendor coordination.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale retail or commercial projects.
• Proficient in design software and tools, such as SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering.
• Experience in retail, jewelry or luxury industries preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (preferred).
