Manager, Project Management (Store Fit-Out)

Key Responsibilities
Store Development & Projects
- Oversee office & store renovations, relocations, store openings and closures across Hong Kong and Macau in coordination with department heads.
- Manage end‑to‑end store fit‑out projects, including planning, execution, cross‑functional coordination, and final handover with Group‑level stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in line with Group growth objectives, timelines, and brand standards.
Engineering & Maintenance Management
- Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across retail stores, working closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely issue resolution and operational reliability.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal engineering standards, safety requirements, and operational best practices.
- Support proactive maintenance planning to minimize operational disruptions.
Budgeting & Planning
- Handle CAPEX budget applications, cost tracking, and financial control for store projects.
- Support office and store space planning, including layout coordination and related operational logistics.
- Ensure accurate documentation, cost transparency, and alignment with approved budgets.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Project Management, Interior Design or related disciplines.
- Solid experience in retail store development, fit out, or project management, preferably in multi store or luxury retail environments.
- Good knowledge of engineering, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
- Detail oriented, commercially aware, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
