About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Model Store Rollout Plans: Strategize, create detailed resource plans, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of visual merchandising standards across designated model stores or key locations.
- Establish & Maintain VM Standards: Define, document, and communicate comprehensive visual merchandising standards (fixture presentation, product placement, signage, mannequin styling, lighting) for consistent brand execution across all markets.
- Create Campaign-Specific VM Guidelines: Translate marketing campaign objectives into actionable, clear visual merchandising directives and floor plans for stores, ensuring brand alignment and commercial impact.
- Develop Tailored VM Guidelines for New Store Types: Create and adapt visual presentation strategies and guidelines for new store concepts, formats, or specific market requirements.
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer Programs: Provide expert-level visual merchandising training and coaching to market-level VM trainers and key store personnel, equipping them to cascade standards effectively within their regions.
- Drive Implementation & Compliance: Partner closely with markets to ensure VM standards and campaign guidelines are understood, implemented correctly, and maintained consistently.
- Conduct Field Audits & Provide Feback: Regularly visit stores to audit visual presentation execution, identify gaps, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans to enhance compliance and visual impact.
