About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our dynamic International Marketing team and partner with our Marketing Manager to deliver branding and marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Marketing
- Collaborate with headquarters creative team to adapt and localize branding assets including website content, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels per established guidelines.
- Assist in organizing events and in-store activations.
- Assist in monitoring marketing performance across travel retail, franchisee networks, and direct market operations
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display ads.
- Assist with digital marketing optimization including keyword research, compelling ad copy creation, and detailed performance analysis and reporting
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers aligned with brand values.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
Project Management & Administrative Support

- Track marketing project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and goals.
- Analyze campaign metrics and generate monthly strategy reports.
- Organize logistics for marketing activities and events.
- Review and process vendor invoices related to marketing.
- Maintain and update expense records for all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1- 2 year(s) of relevant work experience in marketing; advertising agency experience is preferred.
- Experience in organizing events or in-store activations is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong focus on maintaining brand guidelines and consistency.
