Marketing Director

About the Job

The Marketing Director is a full-stack global marketing role with management of end-to-end marketing responsibilities for CTFHJ. Drive and coordinate High Jewellery Marketing strategy, guidelines development, and execution to maximize marketing impact on collection launches, events, VM and CRM. Lead and coordinate the annual High Jewellery collection launch in key markets covering campaign, events, visual development, PR & media, etc. In charge of brief drafting, agency briefing, and execution to ensure standard and consistency. Proactively propose projects and solutions to leverage marketing impacts. Contribute to High Jewellery institutional presentation development. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategic planning and drive the executions.
• Lead the collection and assortment launch campaigns and events
• Generate and manage PR relationships and manage associations with portals and influencers
• Plan the messaging, aid in collateral and content creation, and promote through a multi-channel marketing strategy
• Develop a budget and oversee all aspects of marketing - digital and tactical including production costs, media costs, and promotional costs

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in marketing role with BA business or communications is preferred.
• Extensive experience in establishing marketing strategy within the luxury goods sector across HK and mainland China is highly preferred
• Strategic thinking and be able to convey Brand identity through marketing activities and efforts
• Client centric mindset for optimizing client journey and experience in all projects
• Leadership and Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit, open minded and agile for fast-moving teamwork and missions
• Continuous innovating and pursuing for higher standards
• Strong drive and coordination skills in implementation
• Proficient command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Director
