Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, product, branding, training, sales teams, CRM and e-commerce, etc. to implement and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing retail marketing materials such as malls’ social feed copies and promotional collaterals.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, agencies of advertising, PR, digital and events.
- Assist to arrange logistics of stock loan, transfer and security booking for media/PR photoshooting purpose.
- Participate in on-site assistance and support for marketing and customer events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate and maintain projects with clear timeline to ensure they are updated and communicated across project stakeholders on a timely manner.
- Support the team in preparing, updating and keeping track of campaign result and record on a regular basis.
- Propose joint-promotion opportunities for brands collaboration & partnership.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- University graduate in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / Journalism or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years’ of experience in brand & product marketing, advertising, creative writing, digital and event management preferably in Retail industry.
- Result-oriented with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen.
- Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication and presentation skills.
- A good team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and detail-minded.
- Good in PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Immediate is preferred.
