Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Support quotation and tender processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers on daily operational matters.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Support procurement documentation and contract administration.
- Participate in sourcing and cost-optimisation initiatives.
Operations & Systems Support
- Support the administration of SAP, Ariba and other related business systems.
- Prepare operational reports and conduct performance tracking and analysis.
Inventory & Logistics Management
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
- Support stocktakes and initiatives to improve inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate store transfers and delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with warehouses, stores and external service providers.
Logistics & Project Support
- Support logistics planning and execution for new store openings, renovations and relocations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Assist in workflow reviews and process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management or logistics coordination.
- Experience gained in the retail, FMCG, hospitality or another multi-site operating environment is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQ or tender processes, quotation analysis, vendor management and contract or purchase-order administration.
- Exposure to inventory control, stocktake, warehouse coordination or store delivery operations would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba or other ERP and e-procurement systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with good numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-minded, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
