About the Job
The Wholesale Officer will play a key role in supporting the wholesale business team to deliver business plans & reports, as well as daily coordination with different stakeholders, to achieve business objectives and enhance our brand presence in various international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Develop and implement sales incentive programmes to motivate different markets and drive achievement of sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to local teams to ensure effective execution and performance tracking.
Business Review & Sales Analysis
- Review weekly sales performance by classification to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare high-quality presentation materials to support management decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail Experience, Retail Merchandising, Merchandising Management, and Sales & Marketing to ensure operational alignment and deliver retail excellence.
Market Trends & Insights
- Analyse market developments to generate actionable market intelligence.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management within the retail industry.
- Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance and control oriented, diligent, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin).
- Immediately available is an advantage.
