Receptionist

Location: 

Hong Kong China, HK

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general reception duties mainly in greeting guests, handling telephone calls and meeting room management.
  • Provide general office administrative support, including office supplies and facilities maintenance.
  • Support the company car services, including but not limited to vehicle license as well as insurance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to handle inbound/outbound mail packages.
  • Liaise with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other service requirements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders, as necessary.
  • Provide support and participate in ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Well-organized, flexible, detail-oriented and independent.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and commit to deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
