• Customer Engagement : Learn how to enhance every touchpoint of the client journey, from discovery to post-purchase loyalty.
• Leadership Shadowing: Learn directly from District Directors and see what it takes to lead a successful team.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Associate degree or above from any discipline.
• Enthusiastic individuals passionate about building a career in luxury retail and jewelry.
• Smart, adaptable, and equipped with strong numerical skills.
• Team players with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit.
• Eager learners with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media and multimedia tools is a plus!
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Must have the right of abode in Hong Kong and a Mainland Travel Permit.
