Sales & Client Development Manager (High Jewellery)

About the Job

The High Jewellery Sales & Client Development Manager will be responsible to enhance our high value business and client acquisition in Hong Kong and key Asia markets by driving sales and new recruitment. This role is tailored for an ambitious, results-oriented professional with a solid background in the luxury jewellery market. The incumbent will be pivotal in driving multi-million dollar sales, nurturing client relationships, and broadening our elite clientele base by leveraging his/her exceptional sales skills and deep knowledge of the luxury jewellery market.
 

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Achieve annual sales targets with internal team collaboration and individual KPIs contribution. 
•    Proactively prospect and identify potential ultra-high-net-worth clients who have an affinity for luxury high jewellery.
•    Initiate and nurture relationships with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, networking events, and digital platforms.
•    Forge and sustain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals by providing personalised, exclusive and memorable client experience.
•    Demonstrate expert knowledge of our HJ collections, including the design, craftsmanship, materials used, and effectively communicate the brand's heritage and unique value proposition.
•    Organise and conduct private client appointments and partake in both local and international exhibitions to display our exquisite collections.
•    Work closely with the design team to offer tailor-made jewellery solutions that adhere to our clients’ rigorous standards.
•    Execute strategic sales plans to meet sales objectives and enlarge our client base.
•    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and develop effective strategies to maximize sales revenue.
•    Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•    At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Client Development, preferably in the jewellery industry.
•    Candidates from luxury goods related industry will also be considered. 
•    Proven track record of success in high-end luxury sales.
•    Extensive knowledge of high jewellery and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
•    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
•    Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and effectively sell the value of our high jewellery collections.
•    Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•    Professional demeanor and polished appearance, reflecting the brand's luxury image.
•    Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
•    More seasoned candidates will be considered as Senior Manager.
