Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all VM setups, including windows, product displays, focal points, and campaign activations in Singapore & Malaysia stores.
  • Ensure in-store visual standards are aligned with global VM guidelines and adapted to local market needs where necessary.

VM Operations & Store Support

  • Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, stock presentation, and VM compliance.
  • Provide VM guidance to store teams on product display, styling, and maintenance standards.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to optimize VM by assortment, sell-through data, and local client behaviour.
  • Partner with operations on the coordination and logistics of VM props, materials, and tools.

Campaign Launches & Events

  • Lead VM execution for seasonal launches, key collections, and brand events.
  • Liaise with HQ and regional teams on toolkits, assets, and timelines to ensure alignment.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance to recommend VM changes that support commercial targets.
  • Provide post-launch reports with photos, observations, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing VM budget for local market activities and support cost control.
  • Any other projects as assigned by the Retail Director.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of VM experience in luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating window concepts, in-store displays, and campaign execution.
  • Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple timelines, and lead store teams during installations.
  • Comfortable with hands-on execution and occasional after-hours installation work.
