Key Responsibilities
- Perform general reception duties mainly in greeting guests, handling telephone calls and meeting room management.
- Responsible for handling the company car services, including but not limited to vehicle license as well as insurance.
- Provide general office administrative support, including office supplies and facilities maintenance.
- Provide support and participate in ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Over 5 years relevant experience.
- Well-organized, flexible, detail-oriented and independent.
- Excellent problem solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and commit to deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
