Senior Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a single point of contact as well as credible partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders, to ensure that HR policies and procedures help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives.
• Play an active role in partnering with other HRBPs to guide the business through the annual processes of HR lifecycle including salary review, promotion, performance review, etc.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive human resources strategies and providing full spectrum of HR partnership.
• Design and implement an impactful employee experience journey including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Build, promote and enable an inspiring, supportive, fair and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the organization's brand.
• Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
• Identify and drive HR best practices across business with continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in sizable organizations, preferably from retail industry.
• Meticulous to details with can-do attitude.
• Able to think big and work hands-on at the same time, with acute business acumen and an unafraid attitude to advance and challenge constraints.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identity trends and recommend multiple solutions.
• Able to work independently with strong business sense and a good team player with strong people sense.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
