Senior Jewellery Designer

About the Job

• Lead end-to-end fine jewellery design projects from concept to final sign-off, bringing a sharp global perspective grounded in a deep understanding of the Greater China market, and elevating our collections through a keen aesthetic eye and proven creative leadership to inspire teams, shape vision, and deliver commercially resonant work.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in developing innovative design proposals.
• Track competitive landscape and emerging trends; propose new concepts, techniques, and product opportunities
• Deliver professional presentations tailored for various purposes.
• Oversee the design development process to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Guide junior designers with feedback, references, and ensuring design consistency as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication among different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree, or Diploma in Design or related disciplines.
• 10 years’ experience in fine jewellery design with a strong portfolio across categories; luxury brand experience preferred.
• Expertise in hand sketching and rendering; proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva or familiarity with CAD workflows
• Passionate about fashion, art and design, with a global vision and a keen aesthetic and creative sense.
• Knowledge of jewellery production processes.
• Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with project leadership and stress management abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); proficiency in English is advantageous for supplier collaboration
