Senior Manager, FP&A

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Group-level financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes improvement.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Prepare monthly management report with business analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate across regions and provide financial guidance to optimise revenue growth and cost control.
• Perform ad hoc analysis which is required to assist in management decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA) is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ finance experience and at least 5 years in FP&A, preferably from multinational retail or FMCG companies. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial acumen.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Strategic thinking with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
