Senior Manager, FP&A

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall consolidation of Group’s Manning Cost (Labor / Salary & Benefits) during budget and monthly rolling forecast submissions, including analytics on existing and open headcount
• Support the review and variance analysis of all headquarter expenses (excluding A&P), including the preparation of the budget and rolling forecast
• Lead projects that drive selling and general admin expense savings, analyze spend for opportunities to drive productivity
• Support the development of capital expenditure business case for headquarter
• Support the maintenance of cost centres and be responsible for budget shifts between expense lines or across functions as needed

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in financial modelling, excel and powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, a team player
• At least 10 years of working experience in FP&A capacity and in retail or FMCG
• Recognized accounting designation
