Senior Manager, FP&A

About the Job

We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for leading Group-level financial planning and analysis on labor cost and A&P investments, with a strong commercial and analytical focus on international markets and supporting the financial performance of HOF.

The successful candidate will act as a key finance business partner to senior stakeholders across regions and functions, providing insightful analysis, strategic financial guidance, and decision support to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group-level financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and continuous improvement of planning processes, focusing on labor cost and A&P investments
• Own and drive the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regional business priorities, and brand strategies.
• Provide FP&A support for international markets, including performance tracking, variance analysis, business reviews, and financial guidance to regional stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the management team and business leaders within the Group to support financial planning, investment evaluation, and performance management.
• Prepare monthly management reports with clear business analysis, financial commentary, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs to assess business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, business planning, pricing, investment allocation, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to optimize revenue growth, cost control, margin improvement, and productivity.
• Support the consolidation, tracking, and analysis of Group A&P, OPEX investments, and productivity initiatives.
• Drive process improvement, reporting enhancement, and analytical capability within the FP&A function.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Qualified accountant, such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent, is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Prior experience in multinational retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or brand-led businesses is highly preferred.
• Solid experience supporting regional or international markets, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures, business models, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and practical recommendations.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to partner with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Experience with ERP, BI, or planning tools would be an advantage.
