About the Job
We are seeking a Finance System Related Project Coordinator to support Finance System initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and solution consultants. The role will oversee project timelines, coordinate with key stakeholders to ensuring that deliverables meet requirements while fostering cross-departmental collaboration to drive continuous improvement in our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Finance & Business process owners, IT teams, Solution Consultants on project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, report critical issue and risk; facilitate discussions among key stakeholders to drive results.
- Support data cleansing during SIT, UAT, cutover planning and execution.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and arrange solution, SIT and UAT workshop.
- Develop process maps, and support documentation development for projects.
- Maintain system and process documentation
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

8 years of prior experience in project and stakeholders management; PMO or finance/ technology project management is essential

Experience in process improvement and system implementation

Excellent communication and documentation skills in both business and technical terms; strong problem‑solving and change management mindset

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadline

Proficient in , Excel and PowerPoint

Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English

Occasionally travel to China is required
