Senior Manager, Group Production

About the Job

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Production Lead to oversee our construction project supply chain. This role should possess a deep understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and team leadership. As a key player in our organization, he/ she will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of retail store production, ensuring that all construction elements are supplied on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage vendor pool to support all regions, allocate resources effectively to minimize costs
• Coordinate and map all aspects of the production chain in construction projects
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely project completions
• Drive development process through frequent communication with Group Design team and vendors
• Partner with design team for development approval and to engineer products within cost parameters
• Track development milestones, providing regular updates on progress and performance, to meet Group established KPIs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process

Requirements

• Twelve or more years of experience in a production-management role
• Experience in global sourcing, relationship building and managing construction vendors
• Experience in negotiating with multiple vendors to meet specified budget
• Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively
• Proficiency with project management software & tools
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technology
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans & specifications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and communication skills
