Senior Manager, Retail Planning

About the Job

This position will be responsible for Group Retail Planning, giving strategic directions to market in terms of inventory status and buying direction.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop a sales plan for products tailored to each market.
•    Create OTB in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, and Sales team to maximize sales. 
•    Oversee a monthly rolling demand forecast based on the most recent sales trends. 
•    Align with Finance and Sales team on the rolling forecast.
•    Collaborate with the market merchandising team to ensure allocation and replenishment align with sales objectives. 
•    Work alongside the Planning and Merchandising team to manage the product lifecycle for optimal monthly flow. 
•    Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from key stakeholders (Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Buying) to guide future purchasing decisions. 
•    Continuously monitor the business and economic landscape to identify risks and opportunities. 
•    Present the market differentiation of financial plans, trends, and strategies during key meetings.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree.
•    Minimum 10 years’ retail planning experience in multinational companies.
•    Familiar with China, HK and Macau market. SEA market is a plus.
•    Strong analytic skills and logical mindset.
•    Self-motivated, flexible, strong problem-solving skills, and experienced to build process and system from scratch. 
•    Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
•    Able to work in complex and diverse environment. 
•    High proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
•    Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
