About the Job
As the Senior Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our wholesale strategies, managing wholesale channels (Franchising & Travel Retail), and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives and enhance our market presence in various overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale strategies to maximize growth and profitability for various overseas markets.
- Manage and nurture relationship with key wholesale partners, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the sales network.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective product launch.
- Develop and manage the wholesale budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Foster and enhance robust relationships with wholesale partners.
- Deliver comprehensive product training to wholesale partners.
- Lead and mentor the wholesale team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in wholesale management within retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various overseas wholesale market trends and dynamics.
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
