About the Job
Senior Manager, Risk Management plays a key role in the effective implementation of the Group’s enterprise risk management and internal controls system. Key tasks include maintaining a comprehensive risk register, performing process reviews, developing critical Group policies (e.g. anti-money laundering policies) and training materials, and coordinating crisis simulations for the business markets where the Group operates.
This role will be based in Hong Kong and required to work closely with stakeholders at the Group and business market levels.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise risk management:
- 
Identify, assess and evaluate key risks that may impact the achievement of the Group's strategic objectives, such as market development, reputation & branding, financial and retail operations.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register to monitor the risks identified and status of mitigation measures.
 - 
Perform ongoing reviews and risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and contro and drive change management to achieve process improvements.
 - 
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and other factors that may impact the risk profile of the Group.
 
Anti-money laundering compliance:
- 
Develop and regularly review anti-money laundering policies and training materials for the Group and business markets.
 - 
Perform transaction analysis and prepare regulatory reports based on the applicable legal requirements.
 
Crisis management:
- 
Develop and regularly review crisis management and business continuity documentation.
 - 
Arrange simulations on major crisis scenarios for the Group and business units
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or relevant discipline
 - 
Minimum 10 years of experience in risk & controls, process improvements and/or retail operations. Experience in the Mainland China market would be advantageous.
 - 
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
 - 
Strong analytical abilities and conflict resolution skills.
 - 
Comprehensive understanding of business processes.
 - 
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
 - 
A strong willingness to learn and collaborate as a team player.
 - 
Demonstrates a high level of commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
 - 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese .
 - 
Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
