Summer Internship Programme

During the 6-week challenge, you will unleash your potential through practical learning experiences in different business units and comprehensive training.

What you will do in the Shunde journey

• Work in one of the designated core business units (e.g. Human Resources, Jewellery Creative Centre and Finance) to gain practical exposure
• Cross-departmental activities
• Networking with other companies (Tour Visit)

• Full-time university students in any discipline 
• Passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury retail/jewellery industry
• Able to work in Mainland China (Shunde) during July & August 2026
• Strong ability to initiate innovative business ideas and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media & multimedia software will be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident
